How long can I stay?
Thirty days minimum. Most guests stay sixty to ninety while they search and close. Longer is possible depending on the calendar.
What's included?
Fully furnished, full kitchen, linens, high-speed internet, smart TVs, laundry. You bring a suitcase.
Do I have to work with you to stay here?
No. These are available whether or not you buy through me. That said, most guests end up working with me because I am already the person answering their questions about the market.
What if I need something you don't have?
I have access to the wider furnished and mid-term market across Denver. If a different neighborhood or a bigger place is the right answer, I will find it.
