Sell Your Home
At Compass, we market to our network of 25k+ realtors across the country. I will list your property in the MLS + provide your home with its own webpage listing where you can easily view the beautifully staged photos.
Once we list, get ready. The market is moving fast and we will have offers coming in left + right. As your REALTOR ®, I will present you with all offers before our acceptance deadline + help guide you toward the best one for YOU.
The highest offer isn't always the best one when we are looking at things like appraisal gap coverage etc. Some agents/buyers can be quite creative when writing offers. I will be your fiercest advocate through this process + even after closing.
